SGVP clients are requested to explore the possibility of using Public Transport where applicable before requesting a Hire Care from the SGVP for trips in and around metropolitan Melbourne. The Government's objective is to reduce impact on the environment; achieve better Car Pool utilisation; and assist in cost savings to the departments based on Government directives.
